Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless there is an issue with your order.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be offered if:

  • The product is damaged on pick up or arrival

  • The order is incorrect

  • The product is of unsatisfactory quality

2. Reporting Issues

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery / As soon as picked up

  • Please include photos and order details

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

  • Failure to be available for delivery or pickup

4. Resolution

We may offer:

  • Replacement products

  • Partial or full refunds (at our discretion)
